While every household faces a unique set of challenges during these unfortunate circumstances, milk supply and the pain points associated with pumping shouldn’t be one of them and we are committed to continuing to help you achieve your goals.

Keeping in mind the seriousness of this situation, Imalac will continue accepting and fulfilling orders while implementing higher safety practices in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Department of Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommended standards.

All Imalac products and packaging materials were produced and received prior to the pandemic.  All of our employees are working from home, with the exception of fulfillment where safe distancing is being practiced.  

Additional fulfillment safety measures we are taking include:

• Maintaining personal good hygiene and infection control practices including hand washing, wearing safety gloves and N95 respiratory mask during all packing and handling.

• Maintaining regular housekeeping practices including sanitation of all surfaces used for packing and handling.

• Monitoring staff health and well-being, delaying fulfillment if deemed necessary to protect our staff and customers.
