Rental Policies
Billing
Your monthly rental billing cycle will begin on the same day each month (based on your initial order date). Your card on file will be automatically charged for your monthly rental at the beginning of your billing cycle. When you choose to cancel your rental subscription and send back your unit, please keep in mind that it must be received at our facility at least 1 business day prior to your next billing date in order for cancellation before your next billing cycle. If a rental return is received after this window, your cancellation will be effective the following month.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum period that you can rent the Nurture Massager is two months.
Exchanges or Replacements:
Whether it is a size exchange or a technical issue, we don’t want you to lose any momentum! Let us know right away and we will ship your replacement and email you a return label to send the original item back. The item(s) being returned must begin tracking within 14 days of receiving your return label. If the item does not begin tracking after 14 days, you will be automatically charged for the replacement and have to proceed with a return/refund.
Having a proper size and fit with the Nurture bra and massage cups are a very important factor in Nurture’s ability to provide the most benefits. Because we cannot accept bras for return that have been used, we suggest you try on your bra when you first receive your order to determine fit. Let us know right away if you need a different size, and we’ll send you an exchange for the correct size.
Please note, your rental subscription will keep running even while an exchange is being processed. We encourage you to take your measurements before placing your order to ensure a proper fit and avoid an exchange so that you can take advantage of every moment during your rental period!

Nurture RENTAL FAQ’s
How long do moms rent Nurture for?
Most mothers rent the Nurture Breast Massager for 3-6 months, depending on where they are in their breastfeeding journey. Please keep in mind that the results of the Nurture massage will vary by person, typically noticeable within the first week, and improve with consistency of use.
We recommend incorporating the massage into your pumping routine at the frequency that is convenient for you, and decrease/increase use depending on the results you are hoping to achieve.
How does billing work?

How do I cancel my rental subscription?
1. Log in to your account here.
2. Click on “My Subscription”
3. Click “Cancel”
4. Check your email for a prepaid return shipping label and a Rental Return Authorization. Print both of these documents.
5. Pack the controller and power cord in the original packaging, affix the shipping label and drop off at your local office.
6. Once received at Imalac HQ, it will be inspected and your cancellation will be finalized within 1 business day.
*Remember – no need to send back the bra and massage cups. They are yours to keep!
How are rental units refurbished?
Our team of engineers ensures that all rental units are inspected, refurbished, and sanitized before they are sent out to a new mother. This process is done in a sterile environment, so you rest assured that your Nurture Massager will arrive in perfect condition.
All bras and massage cups are new and unused. They are yours to keep, so no need to send them back when returning your rental unit.
I made a mistake on my order, can I cancel before it ships?
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already shipped, you may proceed with a return once you receive your order.
