When Nick is home, it’s so much easier because he can help feed her, burp her, or pick her up and hold her when she gets fussy while I’m pumping.

When he’s not here, it turns into hour-long feeding/pump sessions. Delayed pump sessions and the schedule gets thrown off. The most awkward position to hold her if she’s fussy. (Every pumping mama knows the weird, between pumps hold...) It’s living your life on a 3-hour rotation...feed, burp, put to sleep, pump, clean parts, maybe get an hour to get something done...rinse and repeat.
