If after a couple weeks of consistent use, you are not satisfied, simply reach out to our Support team within 30 days from the date you receive Nurture with a summary of your experience and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product. You will be refunded the total value of your order minus the cost of the Nurture bra, which is yours to keep and enjoy. Why is the bra nonrefundable?
Warranty
Imalac values your business and offers warranty coverage on Nurture.
● Your warranty covers the Nurture Massager for one year from the original date of purchase. In the event of a defect, Imalac will repair or replace Nurture without charge.
● This a single-user product. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
● Proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
● The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of the system and its accessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
● Warranty is valid in the USA only; replacements are shipped to USA addresses only.
