Imalac Named As Finalist in 15th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business

Imalac was named a finalist in the Startup of the Year, Consumer Products Industries category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honors women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the global companies they run. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Judges were impressed by Nurture by Imalac, our nursing/pumping bra, which has an attachable massage component that mimics hand expression and when used in conjunction with an electric breast pump, significantly improves the quality, efficiency and practicality of milk expression.

This is a milestone for Imalac, as more than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 200 business professionals around the world, working on five juries. There were five other great finalists within the category that Imalac was nominated.

Noreen Sablotsky, Founder and CEO of Imalac, has been invited to attend the gala event at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York on Friday, November 16 where the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced. The ceremony will be broadcasted live around the world on Livestream.

This year’s Stevie Awards for Women in Business event will also be complemented by a new one-day educational and networking event called the Women|Future Conference, taking place at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel as well.
